The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra has "struggled to get an audience" at Artpark. 80% of the concerts listed in the magazine are small affairs that complement existing attractions or are the only game in town and dont eat up taxpayers money - just like the Niagara Music Festival and the other 100s of events that already take place in our community.
